**Position**:
The Social Media Intern will support the Social Media team in daily activities by implementing the global and local social media strategy. In particular, he/she will support the Social Media Specialist in testing and scheduling assets on Western social media platforms, compiling weekly and monthly global social media reports, registering and processing the social media team suppliers’ invoicing and payments and all operations involved in Creators’ activations. **Job responsibilities**: - Support to the Social Media Specialist, directly run all social media operations such as testing, posting and community management on key Western social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube);
- Support the team in all operations for paid social media campaigns refreshes (with media agencies, Meta and TikTok partners);
- Support the team in all operations for Creators’ activations from product gathering to shipment, registration and invoicing;
- Support with daily requests from other functions/departments (e.g. ad hoc reports, mentions and sentiment analysis);
- Register official suppliers, produce purchase orders for invoicing and payment of all teams’ suppliers on SAP;
- Compile weekly and monthly social media reports monitoring both organic and paid KPIs;
Compiling ad hoc social sentiment analysis. **Profile**: - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Economics, Management, Communication or similar
- Genuine passion for the luxury industry




- Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office package
