**Next Ingegneria dei Sistemi,**a company of **Tinexta Defence**Group, is looking for a Project Manager to join the Space Business Unit. **Place of work**: Rome, work mode on-site or hybrid. **Description of the activity**:
He/she will be responsible for maintaining project deadlines and updating schedule, managing resources and suppliers, managing risks, monitoring and controlling costs, invoices and payments, engaging stakeholders, and for every matter related to project or service management. He/she will interface with customers to agree actions and deadlines, prepare and discuss milestones, negotiate contract change, and with other company departments / functions for whatever concerns the assigned projects / services. **Required qualifications**: - Master's degree in Engineering or other scientific degrees. **Required skills**: - Experience in Project / Program Management in medium-complex company structures for Space projects;
- Good knowledge of systems and software life cycles and development standards;
- Knowledge of system engineering, main system and software architectures / technologies;
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance fundamentals;




- Fluent in English language, good command of Italian language;
- Leadership, target-oriented and decision-making aptitude;
- Strong management, communication, analysis, problem solving and adaptability skills. **Required experiences**: - At least 7 years of professional experience on Space projects / activities;
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Project Management. **The following are preferential qualifications**: - Knowledge of the ECSS standard;
- Project Management Certifications;
- Knowledge of the AGILE methodology and MBSE. **Contract Terms**:
Permanent full-time contract CCNL Metalmeccanici ampio impresa, salary commensurate with skills/years of professional experience, Welfare, 8,00 Euro/day lunch ticket.
