- 10+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment; broad understanding of manufacturing methods, practices, procedures, testing, certification, and quality solutions
- 5+ years’ experience as a management team member.
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior managerial level **Skills**: - Excellent knowledge of different business functions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Trustworthy and maintains strong work ethics.
- Previous experience in building effective teams and developing staff
- Previous experience managing external business relationships and networks.
- Solid business acumen and strategic skills.
