Retribuzione / Benefits Define and lead the global corporate communication and PR strategy aligned to brand objectives
Create messaging frameworks and ensure high‐impact storytelling across channels and markets
Oversee executive visibility and corporate thought‐leadership programs
Manage media relations, executive communication, public affairs, and strategic announcements
Build relationships with international media, journalists, and opinion leaders
Advise senior leadership on messaging and reputation risks; lead crisis and issues management with Legal and Compliance
Develop and implement global VIP strategy; manage VIP relations, dressing, and product placement
Oversee talent agents, stylists, designers, and partners; coordinate global product placements
Lead global influence strategy across digital channels; develop community activations
Identify KOLs and creators aligned with brand values; oversee influencer placement strategies
Monitor impact of influencer and community programs and provide optimization insights
Coordinate global PR, VIP, and influence agencies; ensure global‐local alignment
Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership on major initiatives
