**Tax Specialist**:
Within the Finance Department (CFO), directly reporting to the Head of Tax, we are looking for a Tax Specialist who can join our team and be a key player in shaping the future of our tax strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tax Compliance**: Assist in all aspects of direct and indirect taxation, whithholdings, including tax computations, returns, liquidations and payments. Consolidate all the activities and procedures required to fulfill tax obligations, and to handle them in an organized and efficient way.
**Financial Support**: Collaborate with the Finance Department to prepare tax computations for annual and interim financial statements, covering both current and deferred taxes.
**Audit Management**: Play a crucial role in managing tax audits, litigations, and potential claims, coordinating with Tax Consultants.
**Tax Control Framework**: Support the implementation and management of tax procedures within the Tax Control Framework and engage in Cooperative Compliance activities.
**Transfer Pricing Documentation**:



Work alongside external advisors to prepare Local Transfer Pricing Documentation.
**Legislation Analysis**: Stay ahead of new tax legislation and interpretations, assessing their impact on the Group.
**Cross-Departmental Analysis**: Analyze and address potential tax issues arising from other departments.
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Educational Background**: Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, or Law with a specialization in Tax Law.
**Experience**: 2-3 years in tax compliance and reporting within a multinational company, Big Four, or reputable Italian tax firm, preferably in the insurance services sector.
**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with professional databases. Practical knowledge of SAP is a plus.
**Language Skills**: Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
**Personal Attributes**: Strong analytical skills, excellent relational abilities, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for teamwork.
