About the Role - You Will:
- Gain practical experience in a hands‑on environment with ownership of real projects and process improvements.
- Work on projects and programs currently in progress, which allows co‑ops to apply knowledge that contributes to the overall business.
- Assist with various projects split across the key areas of production.
- Support Process Engineering Staff with production operations support, continuous improvement and design for manufacturability, and change management/new product release.
- Coordinate with internal customers in areas of assigned responsibility.
- Have opportunities to propose new ideas, improvement concepts, see those ideas implemented, and understand the impact engineers can make.
- Work with a mentor that will support and be a resource for you during your co‑op assignment.
About You

Your Experience Includes
- Enrollment in a bachelor's program in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- Completed at least 1 year of full‑time instruction
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Apply the theory from college/university course work to real world scenarios / situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
