perform their activities considering safety and healthy as the highest priority.Control the activities are performed within the predefined budget and alert the sales team on time when problems arise.Supervise the Production activities in the Site according to the Operational Excellence principles.Motivate people to strive to continuous improvement.PRODUCTION SCHEDULE: Ensure activities are performed according to the production scheduleCollaborate with the production schedulerAlign with production scheduler and if needed with production manager/operations manager when problems arise and/or the production schedule cannot be metQUALITY AND QUANTITY: Strive to the optimal balance between customer demands and specifications in relation to quality, quantity, efficiency and cost.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT.
