to carry out a scientific activity with a shared research goal. The _Optical Approaches to Brain Function_ Research Unit is coordinated by _Tommaso Fellin_. The research focuses on _dissecting out the cellular and circuit mechanisms underlying sensory discrimination._ Within the research team, your main responsibilities will be: - Conduct behavioral experiments
- Conduct two-photon microscopy experiments
- Data analysis
- Writing reports and papers describing obtained results **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- A PhD in_ Neuroscience, Neurobiology_, or a related disciplines
- Documented experience in behavioral testing
- Good command of spoken and written English **ADDITIONAL SKILLS**
- Experience in writing codes with Python and MatLab
- Experience with two-photon microscopy for functional imaging experiments
- Ability to work in a challenging and international environment
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment
- Possess Analytical Reasoning skills and a growth mindset **COMPENSATION PACKAGE**
- A yearly gross salary ranging between 30K and 33K
