Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the HR team on the sales floor, acting as a trusted consultant to peers and leaders to advance Target's guest-centric mission. You will shape HR strategy, coach leaders, and drive programs that support diverse, inclusive talent development. You'll influence store profitability through people practices, staffing, and organizational change. This role offers hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and meaningful impact on both guests and team members.

Responsibilities Bachelor in any field or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong business acumen
Comfort dealing with ambiguity
Conflict management and accountability
Relate well with all levels of the organization
Strong cognitive abilities: problem analysis, decision making, financial/quantitative analysis
Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
