In this role, you help clients transform business models, processes, and organizational design to boost performance. You join a fast‐growing Milan‐based Business Transformation team that works with top national and international clients. You'll shape operating models, lead change initiatives, and measure benefits to close performance gaps. This is an impact‐focused opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to meaningful, large‐scale transformations. Responsibilities Rethink operating models of key functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain)
