- The Processes & Operations Client Service Intern provides constant information and data to Global Client Service Manager, supports Processes & Operations Client Service Analyst, analysis of client service KPIs, new projects and business trends. He/She analyses performances, client service level and sales results on a daily basis. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **REPORTING**: - Analysis of SLA and KPIs WW performances on daily, weekly and monthly base
- Analysis and reporting of multichannel sales




- Support on reconciliation of data and reports from different systems to improve database quality and to optimize the analysis **PROCESSES**: - Client Service processes mapping and optimization
- Procedures and features test release
- Competitive benchmarking for strategic Customer Service decisions **OTHER**: - Support IT in implementing and kicking off WW Client Service
- Testing new systems and programs and find out if there are any issue or improvement that can be made **SYSTEMS**: - Client Service platforms
- Order Management System
- Office Suite proficiency (mostly EXCEL and PPT) **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
