As Junior Category Manager Italy (M/F/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Italian assortment. You will work with the team on **managing and optimizing our e-commerce product portfolio**, with the aim of offering a range that is perfectly aligned with our customers' needs.
**Job Description** About your tasks**: - You analyze category **KPIs and market data** to identify growth opportunities and new assortments, as well as to optimize performance and react to current developments
- You are responsible for **onsite pricing** and work closely with the marketing teams on **product placement**for campaigns and **promotions**, actively supporting overall marketing initiatives.
- You work closely with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Controlling, Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes
- You work with the team on **cross-functional projects** to improve category structures, processes, and merchandising strategies **Qualifications** About you**: - You have (first) experiences in Category Management or similar roles, preferably in E-Commerce or for health-related products




- You **enjoy working very data-driven**, and have good analytics skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market trends
- You have a **customer-focused mindset**, and **feel comfortable in dynamic environments**, having the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- You possess **fluency in both Italian and English,** along with excellent **communication and cross-functional collaboration skills**.
