**ABOUT THE ROLE** As a _Data QA Operator_ you will be part of a team of data experts specialized in print media coverage data in the FLB sector. The main objective of the QA team is to ensure the overall quality of data delivered to end-user platforms for client reporting, benchmarking and analysis on industry trends, is up-to the company standard and client expectation. In this role, you will have the responsibility of making sure the print coverage data stays relevant and consistent while working on projects related to some of our most important clients. **Missions**: - Ensure clients’ print media coverage data consistency and accuracy based on internal guidelines.
- Contribute to client projects on data enrichment, reporting and analysis, by providing data quality checks within specific deadlines.
- Contribute to maintaining a production taxonomy especially related to complex client projects.
- Collaborate with CS/Account teams to stay up-to-date on relevant client requests and provide support.
- Collaborate with print data production teams within DataOps by providing feedback, in order to maintain high standards in terms of data quality.
- Provide feedback to the DM on customer project progress and maintenance. **ABOUT YOU** **Your Profile**
- Degree in foreign languages, communication or similar
- Analytical mindset, precision and great attention to detail
- English: Intermediate level - capable of effectively communication in a professional setting
- Italian: Native or fluent proficiency required
- Chinese: Ability to read and comprehend written content
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Office tools, Google G Suite, MS Excel

- You have worked on data management and/or data enrichment projects in the past.
- We’ll greatly value knowledge of other languages such as Arabic, Russian, among others.
