**AFTER SALES BACK OFFICE**:
Processing of complaints and entering them into the information system
Calculation of damages/charges
Coordination of pickups in collaboration with the logistics department and suppliers
On-site disposal organization in agreement with suppliers and the warehouse
Accounting management of complaints
Administrative activities related to the verification of supplier invoices **Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or high school diploma
Previous experience in similar roles
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package,



with particular reference to Excel
Good knowledge of written and spoken German, English and Italian
