Role Overview
The UX Researcher will actively contribute to user research activities, contributing strategically to the evolution of Magic Engineering's products and services. Through clear and actionable insights, you will support the Product & Service Design Team,



bringing the voice of users into the heart of decision‐making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive UX research activities to support the evolution of products and services
Collaborate on qualitative and quantitative research activities, turning data and observations into meaningful insights for the team
Collaborate cross‐functionally with Designers, Project Managers and Product Owner to inform design and product decisions
Validate processes and requirements through research, contributing to solid project foundations and the development of effective solutions
Ensure alignment between product direction, business goals, and user needs
Promote and foster a human‐centered culture across the organization
Technical Skills & Qualifications
At least 3 years of proven experience in a UX Research role
UX Research expertise: ability to design and conduct interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, turning findings
