Responsibilities
Proactively oversee the litigation portfolio within EMEA and APAC
Conduct early risk assessments and develop litigation strategies
Enhance EL's litigation management framework
Guide EL Legal & Integrity team members on best practices
Support government investigations
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in complex litigation
Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an accredited institution
Strong executive presence with excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
Results driven and solution-oriented
