As a Customer Success Manager , you’ll act as an Account Manager with a focus on:
Becoming an expert on Lexroom and a product specialist,



guiding our customers from the onboarding stage to the renewal, including upsells.
Preparing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, collaborating with internal teams (e.g. product development, marketing,..), You are familiar with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
You speak both Italian and English.
