How You'll Make An Impact
Serve as the company's site representative, ensuring alignment on operations and service expectations with customers.
Act as the on‐site Emergency Coordinator, managing emergency situations and incident responses in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate daily activities of internal teams and contractors, ensuring smooth execution of operations and adherence to site procedures.
Facilitate pre‐work coordination meetings, promoting safety measures and compliance with HSE standards.




Oversee the management of on‐site warehouse organization, spare parts inventory, and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
What You Bring
Strong technical background in wind turbine operations and maintenance.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling you to guide and influence team members effectively.
Experienced in emergency management and have a solid understanding of HSE standards and compliance.
Have a keen sense of ownership over site activities and service delivery quality.
Capable of managing operational pressures and adapting to changing priorities in dynamic environments.
