As a Sales Engineer at Atlas Copco Group, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of our Power Technique Business, specifically within the Portable Air division in Italy's Center and South regions. You will leverage your technical proficiency and deep understanding of the construction market to build strong relationships with customers and partners. Reporting directly to the Business Line Manager for Portable Air Division, you will be instrumental in aligning sales initiatives with customer needs and company objectives, ensuring impactful and sustainable business development.
You will be a key contributor in expanding our footprint across the Lazio and Campania regions, bringing your expertise in portable air compressors and capital goods to the forefront of our sales strategy.
- Engage both face-to-face and digitally with new and existing customers to identify opportunities for sales growth, leveraging your product knowledge to tailor solutions.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments then present and demonstrate the suitability of products, services,



and technical solutions.
- Develop and execute medium- to long-term sales plans that strengthen and diversify relationships within your assigned territory.
- Lead the development of a distribution network including specialist dealers, resellers, and rental companies to broaden market coverage.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and local service teams to boost brand awareness, create promotional initiatives, and ensure seamless after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts in our CRM system to enable effective sales funnel management and reporting.

Your skills and experience
- Completed High School diploma; Bachelor or degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably in electrical, electrotechnical, or mechanical disciplines.
