We are seeking a high-impact Technical Lead Front-End to serve as the technical authority for our front-end ecosystem across major international digital projects. This is a senior-level Individual Contributor role focused on shaping front-end architecture, establishing engineering excellence, and acting as a strategic consultant to stakeholders. You will drive technical best practices and solve complex engineering challenges while ensuring our solutions remain scalable, secure, and world-class.
Excelling at cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product, Infrastructure, Design and Backend teams to ensure seamless integration is key for the success of the role.
Beyond internal development, you will act as a strategic technical consultant in customer interactions, bridging the gap between complex technical solutions and business objectives to drive project success on a global scale.

Technical Architecture
Front-end architectures:



Shape and maintain the front-end architectural vision, ensuring all solutions are robust, accessible, and high-performing.
Systems Design: Lead the design of complex front-end systems, focusing on modularity, reusability, and long-term maintainability.
Standard Setting: Establish and evolve coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks that set the bar for the Digital team.
Stakeholder Engagement
Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and business stakeholders, translating complex technical trade-offs into business impact.
Requirement Refinement: Partner with Product Owners and BAs to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical feasibility, defining rigorous acceptance criteria.
Risk Management: Identify and communicate technical risks early, providing mitigation strategies to leadership and external partners.
