Overview In this role you drive data‐driven performance improvements across Amazon's EU Inbound Supply Chain within GOX. You will own data infrastructure, advanced SQL, and Python automation to identify root causes of defects and delays, delivering actionable insights for senior leadership. You build scalable data pipelines and self‐service tools to enable real‐time decision making and measure impact on customer delivery. You work across cross‐functional teams to implement end‐to‐end analytical solutions that reduce cost and improve service levels. This is a hands‐on, technically focused role with a clear impact on customer experience and network performance.

Develop advanced SQL queries against large data warehouses to diagnose placement and transportation defects.
Create Python‐based automation for data processing, anomaly detection, and reporting workflows.

Design and maintain dashboards and self‐service tools (QuickSight) for proactive issue detection.
Drive data‐driven process improvement proposals influencing decisions at all levels.
Mine large datasets across Redshift, Athena, DynamoDB to identify network patterns.
Collaborate with tech teams to translate findings into system requirements and configuration changes.
Develop automated data quality checks and monitoring frameworks for critical metrics.
Enable front‐line teams with tools to surface defects and track corrective actions.
Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
Experience in ETL management and data pipelines.
Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (QuickSight/Tableau/Power BI).
Experience communicating with operations and business teams.
Experience automating analysis and building operational/financial reports.
