Serve as the primary client interface and manage relationships with both the client and project team.
Successfully organize and lead meetings, set agendas, maintain project directories, and issue meeting minutes.
Support the development, management, and tracking of project budgets, milestones, and schedules.
Assist the owner with contract negotiations and analyze and negotiate change orders.
Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Monitoring, Cost Estimating, with at least 7–8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Hospitality, Office and Residential Developments
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field preferred, or comparable relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand, interpret, and communicate critical schedule data and present viable solutions.
Ability to quickly learn client-specific software applications and demonstrate strong technological capabili
