A leading coeducational day international school for students 2-18 years. Catering for about 550 students, we offer a core feeding of AMSnack and Lunch with some hospitality at this location. This operation runs **Monday to Friday** and is a **term time only contract operating 43 weeks per year.** We are looking for a talented **Commis Chef** to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in **Milan.** You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset. **Key responsibilities**: - To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality
- To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
- Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
- Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
