**Salary/Pay Rate**: Up to 60 EUR/Hour

**Notice Period**: 2-3 Weeks Maximum Seeking a Specialist with **5 to 7 years of experience in Project Management** to lead resource management project planning and governance activities. Mandatory **Experience of SAP FICO for 7 years**
- Manage and optimize resource allocation to ensure project efficiency and timely delivery
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and deliverables
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective decision-making




- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Lead resource management efforts by forecasting needs assigning tasks and balancing workloads
- Create detailed project plans and schedules to guide project execution and track progress
- Implement project governance policies to uphold quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive project success
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare reports for senior management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
