- Initiate and maintain communication with Italian factories and suppliers
- Collect quotations, product information, and documentation
- Follow up on samples, pricing updates, and production timelines
- Support negotiations by preparing information for HQ review
- Ensure smooth information flow between suppliers and HQ **Procurement & Commercial Support**
- Assist in supplier onboarding and documentation collection
- Maintain supplier database and records
- Monitor order status and coordinate updates **Regulatory & Government Liaison**




- Communicate with relevant Italian government agencies when required
- Support documentation related to import/export, compliance, and product regulations **Administrative & Office Support**
- Manage general office tasks
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements when the CEO visits Italy **Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience (FMCG or distribution is a plus)
- Fluent Italian and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work independently while reporting to international HQ
