Description and Requirements

The Opportunity

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing the Company’s business through the execution of new commercial agreements aimed at distributing Credit Protection, Accident & Health, Term Life and Bill Protection insurance products with banks, digital banks, consumer credit or financial companies, telecom utilities, e-commerce retailers, gig platforms or other large corporate organizations. The agreements will mainly focus on the Embedded Insurance distribution model, as well as physical points of sale and outbound telemarketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Map the target market in order to select prospects that are relevant to the Company’s development strategy.
- Periodically feed the commercial prospecting pipeline with new potential clients.
- Initiate commercial negotiations with leading organizations operating in credit insurance, digital banks, gig platforms and e-commerce retailers, based on the criteria established by the Company, and finalize commercial proposals tailored to the needs and requests of the client-partner through ad hoc solutions.
- Develop new market segments and new partnership agreements in order to identify new business opportunities.
- Diversify the product and channel portfolio (OTC, Embedded Digital, outbound telemarketing).
- Analyze market trends, products and competitors’ initiatives, and provide feedback to the line manager.
- Work in coordination with the account management team in order to launch and activate the new partnership quickly.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree, preferably in economics or business-related disciplines.
- At least 3-4 years of previous experience gained within insurance companies, banks, brokers or consumer credit companies, preferably multinational organizations, characterized by a B2B approach and a focus on digital channels.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)

EMPLOYMENT TERMS AND COMPENSATION

- Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): ANIA National Collective Labour Agreement
- Employment Classification: Impiegato
- Contract Type: Permanent Employment Contract

The expected salary range for this position is EUR 56,500 - EUR 75,200. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation under the sales plan for the position. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
