The Optical Approaches to Brain Function Research Unit is coordinated by _Tommaso Fellin_. The research focuses on understanding the cellular and circuit mechanisms underlying brain function. Within the research team, your main responsibilities will be:



- Preparation of common solutions, genotyping, immunostaining, confocal microscopy acquisitions
- Technical activities within the SPF Facility
- Support with ordering of reagents, consumables and durables
- Technical support with certain laboratory experiments **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Technical High school Diploma or Bachelor/Master degree in Biology or a similar discipline
- Previous experience as a laboratory technician and certified training are desirable, but not necessary
- Good command of spoken and written English **ADDITIONAL SKILLS**
