Following the continued growth of our Italian business, we're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our Milan office and help drive our next phase of expansion. The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing Bilendi's business in the Italian market. Your main responsibilities will be: Develop new business opportunities and acquire strategic clients. Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. Understand clients' research challenges and recommend tailored solutions.



Present Bilendi's solutions through meetings, demos and presentations. Work closely with Project Management and Marketing to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets. About You We're looking for someone with: At least 4 years' experience in B2 B business development, sales or key account management. Experience selling complex services or technology solutions. A consultative sales approach and excellent communication skills. A proven ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships. Strong commercial drive, curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset. Native Italian (or equivalent proficiency) and excellent written and spoken English.
