Key responsibilities
Analyze technical specifications from customers, defining and preparing the service Scope of Work, ensuring accurate cost control, and managing technical risks.
Estimate OPEX costs for existing and new technologies, collaborate with commercial and sales teams to optimize proposals, and support negotiations with customers on technical aspects.
Work closely with the regional commercial team as a key partner in the strategy development to create the most competitive and winning proposal.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university
0-4 years of industry experience in a role as Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Application Engineer or Project Manager
Fluent spoken and written English
Traveling with short notice

Master's degree in engineering with focus on turbo-machinery from an accredited college or university
Specific O&G; market knowledge and experience is strongly recommended
Good knowledge of rotating machineries, particularly of gas turbines




Ability to multi‐task and appropriately prioritize and manage time
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work in a team
Able to effectively communicate with peers and supervisors
Able to work autonomously, taking the lead in developing complex solutions under pressure and with tight deadlines

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 36,000 to 49,500. The provisions of the Contratto Collettivo Energia e Petrolio will be applied to this position. Art. 32 and Art. 34 of that collective bargaining agreement relate to pay.
