What you will do This position reports into Senior manager Product Development Skin Health and is based at Pomezia Santa Palomba or Val De Reuil.




The R&D; Deployment Principal Scientist Hair Care is supporting complex research to identify, develop and improve new scientific concepts, materials, and processes of our Hair Care portfolio. You will analyze data, ensure project quality and compliance, and contribute innovative solutions to advance hair care technologies.
Key responsibilities Implement the design, execution, and independent research of innovative hair care formulations and scientific concepts, integrating novel approaches to enhance product efficacy and consumer appeal.
Be involved in cross‐functional collaboration with R&D;, marketing, supply chain teams, and academic or industry partners to translate scientific innovations into scalable, market‐ready solutions.
Spearhead the deployment and continuous improvement of advanced analytical techniques, experimental protocols, and methodologies to optimize product performance, data accuracy, and reliability.
