Overview Properties and Real Estate Project Specialist (Senior) – Hybrid position with 3 days per week at the assigned office location.
Location: VIA FOSSO DI SANTA MAURA 42, Italy.
Responsibilities Lead or support multiple engineering, construction and material handling projects from start to finish across multiple European locations.
Manage or support schedules, resources and budgets for construction/m‐handling projects, including scope definition, communication, procurement, installation, start‐up, training, maintenance, documentation, invoicing and other project-related activities.
Monitor, report and ensure contract compliance for activities across several countries.
Coordinate cross‐functional teams and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and manage capital and expense budgets, ensuring compliance with company policy and proactive change & variance management.
Anticipate and manage project changes and risks, seeking resolution with stakeholders.
Promote continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.




Establish good working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Ensure project safety, code compliance and adherence to company requirements.
Travel throughout Europe (≈20% of time) to visit construction sites, meet with developers, contractors and local colleagues.
Qualifications Degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate or related field.
5–8 years of experience in project management, real‐estate development or facility engineering with a proven track record of high‐impact projects.
Excellent communication skills, structured thinking and fact‐based approach.
Fluency in English.
Experience managing or executing cross‐functional projects in diverse regions, especially in Brownfield and/or Greenfield projects.
Strong project‐management skills, including budgeting, planning and design.
