What you'll do
Design and develop high-quality backend services primarily using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
Contribute to Developer Experience (DevEx) initiatives through reusable frameworks, self-service capabilities, and Internal Developer Platform features.
Build and evolve distributed systems, understanding technical trade-offs and selecting the most appropriate approach for each context.
Proactively identify technical debt, architectural bottlenecks,



and scalability limitations, proposing sustainable evolution strategies through a 1‐3‐1 approach.
Contribute to cloud‐native initiatives leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, containers, and modern DevOps practices.
Promote secure‐by‐design principles, defining cybersecurity best practices and software quality standards across the development lifecycle.
Influence technical choices across the company, balancing business goals with cloud and software architecture needs.
Mentor engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Explore and contribute to AI‐native engineering practices, including Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC).
