Job Description:

Within the organizational unit "Production and Service Delivery - Defence and Security Services" at the Rome office, we are looking for a highly qualified and proactive Technical Manager to lead the operational services we offer to national and international institutions, as well as private sector clients. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the success and continuous improvement of our operational services.



This position requires a solid understanding of remote sensing technologies, combined with a deep awareness of operational needs. You will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, driving operational performance, and supporting critical decisions in various fields and services.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor GEOINT reporting projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints;
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, including image analysts, GIS specialists, and other geointelligence professionals;
- Oversee operational services, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed Performance Indicators (PI), with a particular focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations;
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements;
- Ensure the quality of image analysis and interpretation, implementing quality control measures and period
