Accountabilities Manage and maintain product catalog accuracy across multiple e-commerce platforms and internal content management systems. Review, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, metadata, and categorization according to SEO standards and platform-specific requirements. Conduct regular product listing audits to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, missing information, or merchandising issues. Research and resolve catalog errors, mismatches, and data quality issues to ensure a consistent customer experience. Support the development and maintenance of product taxonomies, attributes, and SKU structures for new and existing products. Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and operational teams to ensure products are represented effectively across digital channels.
