Experteer Overview As a Project Manager within the Completions & Well Intervention (CWI) team, you lead well construction/completion projects and integrated solutions for key clients. You own project performance, from planning to close, aligning with service delivery excellence, HSE, and financial targets. You will interact with clients, coordinate across product lines, and drive revenue impact through upsells and efficient execution. This role blends technical leadership with strong stakeholder management in a global energy tech environment.

Directly manage the Project Management Team and coordinate resources in a matrix organization
Ensure timely delivery, readiness for operations, and escalation handling
Conduct Readiness Assessments and drive improvement actions
Develop market intelligence and growth strategies across product lines
Responsibilities Bachelor in Engineering or scientific discipline
Minimum 5 years as a project manager in Well Completions
Experience managing multiple product line P&L; and simultaneous rig/site operations
Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing and planning skills; proven people development ability
Excellent English communications, meeting organization, and minutes management
