YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
As a Senior Global People Partner ,



you are the strategic operator building and scaling plancraft's international People Operations & Partnering setup. You enable compliant, smart, and scalable people practices that allow us to grow with consistency and operational excellence across our international locations.
With plancraft currently operating across multiple European countries and employing around 15 internationally-based employees today across the Netherlands, Spain, France, Austria, Italy and Poland – expected to grow to :30 by the end of the year – this role is pivotal in building the foundations, governance structures, and operational routines that enable sustainable, compliant international growth while maintaining a strong employee experience.
You own the full international People Ops & Partnering agenda across all non-Germany locations. This means combining strategy, systems building, operational ownership, and stakeholder partnering in one role: shaping how we approach
