Launched in 2020, Huspy has grown across the UAE and Europe, combining technology, market expertise and a customer-first approach to simplify one of life's biggest decisions: buying a home.
Having built strong operations in Spain, we are now expanding our mortgage services into Italy. Our goal is to make the mortgage journey simpler, faster and more transparent for homebuyers, while building a trusted brand in a new European market.

The Perfect Match: What you bring
5-6 years of experience in marketing, growth, content, digital marketing or brand roles.
Experience in a fast-paced company, startup, scale-up or high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of lead generation and digital acquisition.
Good knowledge of social media, content creation and campaign execution.
Ability to turn strategy into action,



from ideas to delivery.
Strong writing and communication skills in Italian.
Comfortable working with international teams and reporting remotely.
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to review campaign results and identify improvements.
Native Italian and strong English. Spanish is a plus.
A hands-on attitude: you are happy to build, test, learn and improve.

Support the launch and growth of Huspy's mortgage services in Italy.
Help build Huspy's local brand presence as a trusted mortgage partner for homebuyers.
Drive qualified mortgage lead acquisition through lead generators, organic, social, partnership and local marketing initiatives.
Adapt and localise marketing campaigns from Spain and global teams for the Italian market.
Identify the most effective local acquisition channels, from paid
