Experteer Overview In this role, you will support accounting activities within the international hub, focusing on payables and receivables, contract-aligned invoicing, and compliance. You will work closely with cross-border teams to ensure accurate records and timely payments, while contributing to internal controls and tax compliance. This position offers an international, diverse environment and a path to grow within Saipem’s One Saipem framework. You will help drive accurate financial processes that sustain our global projects.Responsibilities
- Manage accounting activities for international third parties
- Process passive and active invoices in line with contracts and procedures
- Handle international tax compliance topics (VAT, withholding tax, intrastat)
- Schedule invoice payments according to the internal calendar




- Maintain supplier ledger cards and ensure record accuracy
- Prepare on-demand analyses and reports;
perform internal controls (2622) to ensure activity correctness

Qualifications
- Accounting Diploma or Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Economics
- 2–3 years of experience
- Proficient in English (min B2);
French or Portuguese isa plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and SAP is desirable
