Job Description For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Sommelier.Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent service and exceptional attention to guests.
- Ensure that hygienic and sanitary standards as per regulations are met.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in the role in 5‑star hotels and/or gourmet restaurants.
- Strong predisposition for upselling.
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.
- Passion for the job and goal orientation.
- Strong food/wine pairing skills (training in food/cocktails pairing is considered a PLUS).
- Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Previous experience in luxury hotels.
