Experteer Overview In this role you lead the IT End User Services team for Southern Europe, aligning operations with global IT policies and SLAs. You plan the annual IT budget and steer local and regional projects that introduce new services and technologies. You provide technical guidance to users and site teams while driving process improvements and policy development. You collaborate cross‐functionally to ensure reliable service delivery and support Vertiv's strategic priorities.
