About the role We are looking for a Customer Marketing Junior Specialist Direct Pharmacy who can develop new commercial opportunities in the Direct Pharmacy channel.
Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of channel trade strategies and canvass executions.
Collaborate on channel‐specific growth plans based on shopper, retailer and market insight related to different brands.
Understand shoppers and customers' needs to increase sell‐out performance.
Collaborate with Sales and Sell‐Out specialist field forces to ensure brilliant execution and deployment of the strategy in the point of sale.
Support management of relationships with external partners and agencies (merchandising, in‐store activities, agencies, etc.).
Track Direct Pharmacy channel performance and KPI.
Monitor commercial strategy execution to leverage strong performance and suggest corrective actions when needed.
Analyse competitors' plans and strategies through market data analysis.
Improve brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in‐store planning,



execution and tracking in alignment with annual marketing priorities.
Monitor competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage stakeholder engagement across marketing, sales, supply chain and customer service functions.
Qualifications and Skills 1 year's experience in a pharmacy environment in trade marketing roles.
Experience working in the Direct Pharmacy channel.
Experience on core business drivers (assortment, stock, layout, pricing, promotion).
Proficiency with office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong analytical skills and comfortable handling numerical data.
Smart approach with dashboards and databases to monitor performance.
Effective communication skills – listening, explaining, training and coaching.
Enthusiastic, creative, solution‐oriented mindset with curiosity and passion for the job.
Knowledge of Category Management guidelines.
