Responsibilities
- Execute Master Data Base business steps for recipe/pv/master creation or modification according to business and quality needs, respecting master data procedures, GMP roles and defined scope, working effectively as part of a team.
- Lead investigation activities where Master Data is directly involved, ensuring accurate and timely outcomes.
- Guarantee execution of pipeline steps and fast‑track processes per planning dates, meeting productivity, reliability, quality, flexibility, and launch‑on‑time objectives.
- Maintain quality and compliance of all activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to increase productivity, reliability, quality, and flexibility of the base business in the master data department.
- Conduct Root‑Cause Analysis to solve and improve issues.
- Escalate issues appropriately according to performance‑management cycles (daily/weekly/monthly)



and process governance.
- Communicate autonomously with business partners (Finance, MSAT, GET, Planning, Operation, Regulatory, Next Gen) and the Data Operation & Orchestration team, facilitating resolution of simple issues/roadblocks in business and technical terms while maintaining cross‑functional connections.
- Collaborate with the Data Operation & Orchestration team to share and improve processes, governance, and standardize flows.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, CTF, Chemistry or Economics.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Master Data role.
- Strong knowledge of material master / checklist manager / SAP / Production Version / Master Batch Record.
- Good knowledge of quality, compliance and GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
