TENDER OFFICE SPECIALIST – MILAN
For our Milan office, we are currently seeking a Tender Office Specialist .
Required Profile
Previous experience within a tendering or bid management department
Previous experience in the preparation of technical documentation for public tenders and design competitions
A degree in Architecture will be considered an advantage
You are the ideal candidate if you:
Have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Have excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Acrobat DC
Have a good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Are able to communicate effectively with clients and collaborators in both English and Italian
Are curious, eager to learn, positive, and proactive
Demonstrate strong autonomy and a results‐oriented approach to work
Some of your responsibilities within our team:
Collaborating closely with both the administrative and technical teams
Preparing graphic and visual documentation for tender submissions
Reviewing and analysing tender documentation




Planning and organizing your work to meet tender deadlines and project objectives
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
