Anas S.p.A. - Strategic Planning Analyst
Strategic Planning Analyst supporting the Strategy/Strategic Planning Unit of Anas S.p.A. The role involves supporting the company's strategic planning and direction through analysis, scenario building, and decision‐support tools.
Responsibilities
Prepare and update strategic planning documents (Industrial Plan, operational plans, management reporting)
Develop analysis of context, benchmarking and evolving scenarios to support strategic decisions
Evaluate project initiatives and investments, including economic‐financial analysis and KPI assessment
Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and produce summary reports for the team
Collaborate with business units to gather, integrate and validate information
Qualifications
Master's degree in economics, industrial engineering, business management or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic consulting, strategic planning or structured corporate contexts,



with a strong track record of producing executive material (PowerPoint, executive summary, directive notes) and supporting business‐plan development
Excellent analytical and modeling skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of English, both written and oral
Preferred
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions and executive PowerPoint presentations
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and/or project management
