Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Engineer with a strong foundation in Lean methodologies to drive operational efficiency across equipment utilization, facility layout optimization, and production workflows. This role acts as a strategic advisor to the Plant Manager,



guiding improvement initiatives from concept through implementation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams, providing hands‐on support to resolve day‐to‐day operational challenges.
Principle Responsibilities
Conceive, design, develop, and test innovative solutions for manufacturing processes based on analysis and organizational objectives
Identify design improvements based on activity levels; assess footprint capacity within facilities and develop plans to better utilize the space
Identify equipment improvements based on activity levels; assess throughput capacity and develop plans to remove bottlenecks and breakdowns
Create and maintain required documentation for manufacturing processes, including flow charts, capacity and utilization studies, time and motion studies, standard work, cycle time analysis, and line balancing
