Experteer Overview As Senior Categorisation Manager, you own content merchandising strategies across Prime Video's owned channels, partnering with Content, Programming, Marketing and Product to surface the right content to the right audience. You will build scalable frameworks to optimise content placement and improve customer experience, while shaping a cohesive content schedule for Italy. You'll lead CX improvement initiatives and run data-driven tests to inform product development and growth.

Support the Head of Programming on building a cohesive Italian content schedule and prioritising release plans




Act as custodian of local customer experience across marketing channels and scale CX improvement programs
Monitor engagement and product metrics to assess categorisation effectiveness and drive enhancements
Identify opportunities to boost customer engagement locally through storefront and marketing resource optimisation, experiments and new mechanisms
Responsabilità Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience in project management including resource planning, scheduling, status reporting and prioritisation
Quantitative analysis experience using Excel or similar tools
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Familiarity with SQL and ability to independently analyse data
