We are looking for an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing team in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling affiliate and influencer marketing programs for international luxury and premium fashion brands.
Working closely with clients, publishers, creators, and internal teams, you will drive customer acquisition, maximize channel performance, and identify new partnership opportunities to support business growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent relationship management abilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, and the luxury fashion industry.
Manage and grow affiliate and influencer marketing programs for international luxury and premium fashion brands, driving traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and presentations, and translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Negotiate commercial agreements, partnerships,



and premium placements to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
Plan and execute media buying and partnership initiatives with premium publishers to strengthen brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership and influencer initiatives.
At least 2 years of experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing, preferably within an agency, luxury, fashion, or e-commerce environment.
Hands‑on experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Partnerize, impact.com, Awin, or similar partnership management tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience working with clients, publishers, affiliates, influencers, and creators.
