Experteer Overview As Financial Services Director at Treatwell, you will own and shape Europe-wide payments strategy, partnering with Stripe to drive commercial growth across online payments, card terminals, and emerging financial products. You’ll align cross-functional teams to embed payments in acquisition, onboarding, and retention, translating strategy into actionable plans with clear KPIs. This role focuses on scaling payments across Europe, increasing adoption, volume, and margin, while building scalable playbooks and pricing guidance for local markets. You’ll lead strategic partnerships and act as the senior commercial contact with key providers to deliver measurable impact. revenue and margin growth across Europe; own European rollout for card machines and payment hardware Build scalable playbooks, pricing guidance and sales narratives to drive payments adoption in local markets Responsibilities Significant experience in payments, fintech, embedded finance, Saa S, marketplaces, commercial strategy or product-led growth Strong understanding of payment products including online payments, card terminals, transaction fees, Tap to Pay, merchant services, capital or embedded finance Experience leading commercial strategy across multiple markets, ideally in central or group-level role Proven experience managing strategic third-party relationships, ideally with Stripe, Adyen, Worldpay, Sum Up or Square Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases, commercial models and senior leadership updates Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority Qualifications contract: permanent leadership role compensation: base salary + premio package location flexibility: Milan, Amsterdam or London mindset & wellbeing: dedicated mental wellbeing platform work tools: access to required tools and technology impact: build and own a new growth engine for Treatwell #J-18808-Ljbffr
