About the role
Local Unit & Position Description:
The Inspection Coordinator reports to the Operation Manger and is responsible for day to day inspection coordination and relationships between clients, inspectors and DNV as per contractual obligations, focusing on both Network Performing Offices and local external Contracts operations.
The Coordinator performs the job within the framework of DNV Quality and Operational Procedures, Code of Ethics and the Group policy.
Position Description:
- Manage customers' requirements and Request for Inspection requests (RFI)
- Identify qualified inspectors to fulfil a specific service request,
- Submit Inspectors' CVs and quotes to Customers and monitor approval,
- Ensure POs are in place prior to the scope execution and monitor spend if required,
- Mobilize the inspector for the inspection visit and update the inspector’s schedule,
- Monitor milestones and deadlines for timely transmission of deliverables,
- Review the inspection reports within the next 12 hrs after receipt and issue them to the Client within the specified deadline,
- Technical review of the inspection reports, if applicable,
- Liaise with technical specialists in case of any issues detected in the report and or during inspection activity,
- Follow the administrative deadlines to facilitate the internal invoicing processes,
- Establish and maintain communications with clients, inspectors, vendors and DNV offices where applicable,
- Use the production tool to manage the activities from the RFI to the approval of inspectors' timesheets and expenses in the system.

About you
Position Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the Inspection Coordinator role is mandatory,
- General knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and QA/QC services is mandatory,
- Degree (3 or 5 years) or equivalent standard in an appropriate discipline is preferred
- Experience working with large international projects within the Oil and Gas and/or Renewables Industry is preferred
- Computer literate with good IT skills, including experience with MS Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce platform (preferred)
