JOB TITLE: HR Operations Specialist – Senior

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a senior resource to join our HR team in Genoa (Italy) in the role of HR Operations Specialist – Senior who is able to independently manage the full employee lifecycle, with proven experience in personnel administration and payroll, and a sound knowledge of the main Italian National Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL), particularly those applicable to the Commerce, Logistics & Transport, and Metalworking sectors.

The figure, alongside senior colleagues such as the Head of People, HR Manager, and General Manager, and in close collaboration with them, will contribute to ensuring the proper management of personnel administration and payroll, in compliance with regulations and deadlines, for all companies belonging to Medov Group (Italy & abroad).

REPORT TO: Head of People, Operations Manager & General Manager

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

· They support HR planning reporting to HR (budget, headcount, workforce needs)

· They support management and stakeholders in preparing personnel budgets by providing necessary data and information;

· They prepare all administrative and contractual documentation for the establishment of employment relationships in compliance with the local law, agreements, and company procedures, checking mandatory communications and liaising with the relevant institutions, funds, and insurance companies as necessary;

· They analyse compensation policies and provide support to management in targeted interventions/adjustments.

· They develop and updates internal policies,



procedures, and regulations

· They take attendance and records justifications for absences, performing monthly reconciliations and communicating the data to the local labour consultant to ensure payroll processing;

· They prepare periodic reports on overtime, vacation, leave, etc.;

· They collaborate with various local labour consultants on all matters relating to employee payroll, contracts, mandatory communications and papers, and deadlines;

· They collaborate on recruitment and training activities

· They are responsible for planning mandatory safety training, monitoring progress in accordance with the instructions of the various RSPPs (Prevention and Protection Service Managers) and assisting them in order to provide them with all the information necessary for the preparation of Operational Safety Plans and the resolution of safety issues at company sites

· They collaborate with the Competent Doctors to organize and monitor the Company Health Plan, keeps track of deadlines, and organizes periodic visits and medical check-up;





· They provide advice and clarification to staff regarding the employment relationship and the application of company regulations;

· They manage the provision of benefits, vouchers, and meal vouchers;

They support HR managers in human resource management

REQUIREMENTS:

· At least 5 years of years of experience in the field of HR Administration & Payroll: background in employment consulting/payroll processing will be considered an added value;

· Good knowledge of collective labour agreements (CCNL), at least logistics, commerce and metalworking sectors, as well as executives in industry and commerce;

· Knowledge of the main HR management systems (Zucchetti, Time & Work, G. Osti Sistemi, bValue)

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts);

· Good knowledge of Office tools (PowerPoint, Word);

· Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken – at least a B2 level);

· Knowledge of an additional language (or more languages) will be considered an added value.

· Analytical aptitude, precision, result orientation;

Ability to work in team and good time management.

POSITION OFFERED:

· Permanent contract from September 2026

· Location: Genoa (IT)

· Level 3/4- CCNL Maritime Agencies

· Annual Gross Retribution: range between 35k /45k depending on candidates’ seniority and technical skills

· Benefits: €8 meal vouchers per day of work of more than 4 hours
